Together, with the most wonderful friends that anyone could ever ask for, they enjoyed a great many adventures with one another, through treacherous lands—where they would sometimes get lost—on their way to take in famous sites, royal balls, & magical, far off places.

Then, one day, on a trip to visit the Queen in her summer palace, the princess and the knight realized that they had both fallen ever so deeply in love with one another & from that day on, the twain spent all of the time that they could with each other

until…

a horrible day came when they were separated far, far away from one another.

Deserts and mountains between them, through storm and snow, the young knight duelled with mythic monsters of unimaginable proportions & scaled the fathomless ranges that stood between him & the princess he so loved, that they might be together again, forever and always, living an adventure only just begun.
Once upon a time,
in a village not so far away,
there lived a beautiful princess
& a dashing knight in shining armour,
in a charming, red-brick castle they called home.
